Continuity mistake: In the dream sequence at the beginning of the movie, Vers is looking at the bloodstained palm of her hand. It turns into the back of her hand immediately after - which could be fine especially in a dream/flashback scene, but the hand is also differently marked with the blue goo - in the POV shot her middle finger had barely a little spot on the pad, while in the following shot it has blood all over.
