S.W.A.T. (2003)

Corrected entry: When Gamble and Street are getting moved down in their division, the chief calls Street back in to talk to him. Throughout their conversation the chrome garbage can next to the chief shows the reflection of the cameraman. You may think it is just Street, but if you look closely you can tell that the color of his shirt is black, not blue, and he is wearing short sleeves.

Correction: Firstly, it's not a garbage can, it's a desk lamp. Secondly, it's impossible to make out a reflection of any person, let alone distinguish colour of clothing. Besides, like everyone else in the team, Street wears a black shirt, not blue.

Eastenders (1985)

Show generally

Corrected entry: On the 26th March 2004 Charlie is watching Changing Rooms on the TV in the morning, except it is never on in the mornings.

Correction: There are a number of possibilities here. It could have been a recording on VHS. The Slaters might have Sky Plus so again could have been a recording. Even if they have standard Sky, he could have been watching it on UKTV Style as they broadcast the programme at all times of the day (I believe it's also a BBC funded station).

Dante's Peak (1997)

Corrected entry: Harry says that the water supply has been contaminated but when he is at the Town Meeting trying to tell everyone about the evacuation plan there is a pitcher of fresh water on his table.

Correction: The water may not necessarily be tap water. Chances are it was bottled water poured into a pitcher.

Corrected entry: If you remember the reason why O'Connor was misdirected to the last scene facility was that there wasn't a master server where the Skynet was installed so this means that Skynet was the virus that spread to all computers in Earth. When Skynet fired the ICBM's (Nuclear Missiles) at the major cities on the planet it actually committed suicide. If Skynet destroys the cities, it destroys the computers the had the virus and consequently itself.

Correction: Destroying major cities would wipe out a large percentage of computers, not every computer. Skynet would still be able to operate on the millions of remaining computers around the globe.
