Continuity mistake: The beginning of Phantasm III starts with a flashback from Phantasm II. The car being driven in the flashback is a 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda, with four headlights, two distinctly separate hood scoops, and a hardtop. In Phantasm III, the car is a 1970 Hemi 'Cuda, with two headlights, a single Shaker hood scoop with dual openings, a "Hemi" stripe, and a convertible. It's supposed to be the same car, and in the flashback sequence it's easy to see the differences.

Suggested correction: The car used in part 1 and 2 belonged to Jody. After they wreck it in part 2 Reggie gets a 70 convertible. He even tells Tim he has been working on it for 3 years.

Bait & Switch - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: During the final shootout scene, Dan hides behind a Mustang when the redneck truckers are shooting at him. The right front tire gets shot out, and the car drops on the rim. The shot cuts to Dan, and the car's right front tire is again shot out. It is not a different view of the shot, it is supposed to be continuous action.

Angel of Death (2009)

Continuity mistake: During the fight in the bathroom, Zoe and the villain break a bathroom stall door and side-wall down. In the next shot the door is back up in its original position. It is the same door that is beside the urinal, not another stall, as it's a small bathroom with only one stall and urinal. (00:28:30 - 00:30:00)

Doomsday (2008)

Continuity mistake: During the car chase from the fallout shelter to the helicopter, the passenger door of the Bentley is badly dented when it hits a parked car. Some of the shots show the damage, some don't. When Eden arrives back in Glasgow and meets the Doomsday gang again, the passenger door is not damaged at all, but the driver's door mirror now has duct tape on it. There was time for her to duct tape the mirror, but certainly not time to do bodywork on a luxury car in post-virus Scotland.

There's a quick cut, then back to Zus, where not only is he not pouring anything on his hand, he's not even holding anything in his hand. There's not enough time for him to put the canteen down.

Continuity mistake: During the scene when Rachel is driving Anna to town in Rachel's BMW, the overhead shot of the open convertible shows the car has a manual transmission. Later, when Anna is fleeing the house in Anna's BMW, the car is an automatic, as seen both by the different shifter, and the fact that Anna has to shift into Park to restart the car when it stalled.
