Factual error: Towards the end of the show the Enterprise is leaving Earth orbit and heading towards the sun. We see the Earth diminish and the moon appear looking exactly as it does from Earth. From this angle we should be seeing the "dark side" of the moon, which looks completely different. (00:40:50)

Continuity mistake: When Charles Hawtry is about to be guillotined, Sid James approaches to sell him insurance. While talking Sid places a snuff box on the blade runner just above the stock top. In the next shot the snuff box is much higher up the runner, causing the blade to stop well short of its victim. (00:13:05 - 00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: When a German Major is in Col Hogan's quarters he is wearing black leather gloves. He raises his hand to remove his hat (with gloves). Next scene he is lowering his hat with bare hands. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: Carter and Hogan are in Klink's outer office when Hogan takes a piece of paper off Carter and folds it into a square. Klink arrives and grabs the paper which has now unfolded to a rectangle. (00:09:10)

Factual error: Hogan and his men are in Berlin to capture a traitor. They arrive at the Hotel Berlin in an ambulance and park near a K2 phone booth, something only found in England and its colonies, certainly never in the heart of Nazi Germany. (00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Val and Fran are in the kitchen, Fran jiggles her tea bag, the removes it and places it on the napkin beside her. Brighton enters and after a brief conversation Fran returns to the table carrying cream and sugar. She then jiggles and removes the teabag from her cup again. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in the kitchen with Val, Fran takes two green cups and places them on the bench. She takes two teabags and places them in the cups. In the next scene the two cups are on the table with Val, and Fran carries the teabags over to them and puts them in. (00:01:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Fran is having an intimate talk with Joan, Fran has a cookie in her left hand. Next scene it's an empty glass which she then pours a drink into, then the glass is empty and Fran again fills it. (00:14:10)

Factual error: In the scene where people are arriving in town for the hanging, a family are told they have tents set up in the Boondocks. "Boondocks" is a Philippino word that entered the English language when the Philippines was a colony of the U.S. The movie is set 9 years before the Spanish American war so the word didn't exist in the English Language during the period of the movie. Visible crew/equipment: In the scene at the Statue of Liberty where Remo is walking from the torch to the head and is knocked off the plank, the safety wire attached to him and the scaffold is visible. (01:02:00)

Continuity mistake: Earlier in the film Steven Seagal explains that in his lab they used plastic beakers because glass can cut the monkey suits.Later in his lab they are using pyrex beakers and when they clink together, they are clearly made of glass.
