Continuity mistake: When Darrin steps outside for the morning paper, neighbor Dora O' Riley is working on the lettering of her mailbox. Darrin gets locked out of his house. Continuity mistake: Simpson is trying to pull a baby elephant onto his boat when the rope snaps, causing him to fall into the water port side. You can see the end of the broken rope going with him. Next camera angle, the rope is wrapped around the cleat and Simpson is being towed behind the stern. (00:18:55)

Continuity mistake: Fred is on a ladder lighting a candle - the top legs of the ladder are rounded. He falls from the ladder. The top legs are now square. (00:07:15)

Revealing mistake: Tod parks his car across the street, facing left. While standing in front of the house Ellen and Peter run to Peter's vehicle and drive off to the right. Tod goes back across the street and gets back in the Corvette. The image is then flipped to give the illusion that he is driving in the direction Ellen and Peter went. (00:21:00)

Lucy Misplaces $2,000 - S1-E4

Revealing mistake: Lucy and Vivian are trying to retrieve a $500 bill an elephant is standing on. They need to get the elephant to lift its leg. "Vivian says that won't work, that won't work." You can see the elephant has lifted its leg and the $500 bill has stuck to its foot.

Plot hole: Vinton demonstrates the intercom with the instruction to push a button to talk but throughout the episode, they listen in on each other. This would not be possible if the person (s) being listening on is not holding the button to activate the mike.

Continuity mistake: At the start of the movie Dylan Walsh cuts himself shaving and patches it with a piece of tissue, on the side of his jaw. Moments later as he's walking through the house the cut has moved to the corner of his mouth. (00:01:40 - 00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: In this episode Jean Stapleton plays two characters. As Edith Bunker her earrings change from gold that curve below her lobes to white round ones later in the show.

Continuity mistake: Bud is lying on a surf board, talking to Flipper. During different camera angles, his position on the board changes. He goes from the middle to almost the top. At the end of the scene, in the wide-shot, he's always to the end of the board. He also goes from being centered with a foot on each side of the board to being on the left-side with just that foot in the water. (00:13:20 - 00:14:20)

Continuity mistake: In the hotel Christopher Walken attaches the chain lock on the door. Camera angle changes and it is not locked, then locked again when the shot changes back.
