Continuity mistake: After Franklin falls through the window at the end, he lands on the pavement below - on top of the broken window frame. Next shot, when the police are examining the body, the window frame has moved out from under Franklin and is lying about a foot away. Continuity mistake: When Joey turns off the bathtub tap, we can see that the water is no longer flowing. But the sound of running water continues. And a few shots later, the water is flowing once more, even though Joey hasn't gone near the tub again. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: When Darien reaches into the glass spider enclosure to retrieve the note, the number of spiders sitting on the paper changes (too quickly for them to have crawled away and back naturally). Continuity mistake: Bob's cigarette sets the artificial grass on fire, and he rapidly stamps it out. When he finishes extinguishing the flames, the grass is scorched, but intact. He doesn't touch it again, but one shot later, the burned grass and all its ashes have vanished and a huge hole has appeared, revealing the metal mesh underneath. (00:13:50)

Continuity mistake: During the stand-off, Big Chicken is standing several inches to McGarrett's left, on the other side of a seam in the concrete wall. When the shot cuts to a closer angle, Chicken is instantly close enough to touch shoulders with McGarrett, and is now blocking the concrete seam. (00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: Randy is desperately trying to pry his teenage acne photo off the doctor's wall. He knocks the photo underneath it crooked, but it rights itself in the next shot. Then he pulls his picture free, making a large hole in the wall, but knocks all the surrounding photos off onto the floor. There's no time lapse, but when he turns around, the fallen photos have all put themselves neatly back up on the wall, and the hole is gone. (00:32:30)
