Corrected entry: Throughout the film many valuable things are not behind anything to protect them, for instance, the tablet of Achmenrah, the Easter Island head, the Civil War costumes, and the dinosaur skeleton. Even if these are just replicas then why is Sacajawea (a worthless mannequin) behind glass?
Correction: Sacajawea is a part of an extensive display. It's likely that some parts of the display were artifacts (ie. clothing, Lewis and Clark's boat) and needed to be protected.

Corrected entry: After Ray says to Robbie that the next time he takes the car without permission he will call the cops, he says "Robbie" and slaps his hands together. As he is doing the clapping a car is driving by, but the cars are all supposed to be down so no one should be driving.
Correction: There are people pushing all of the cars that are seen moving.

Corrected entry: The box used to drown Angier's clone has glass sides, but they serve no purpose, other than to reveal for the camera what is happening inside.
Correction: Not so - there are numerous possibilities - a magician ordering multiples of that box wouldn't raise suspicion; he needed to confirm the clone died (he thought drowning was a merciful death); he kept the glass cases uncovered as a reminder to himself of the price he was paying. Not a plot hole. It is also the tank used earlier for each performance, which is hauled offstage and below, so no suspicion is raised with it being there.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
Corrected entry: When hiding in the gas station, the T-800 mentions to Sara and John that it has "detailed files on the human anatomy". However, when they are escaping the hospital, and John is crying, he asks "what's wrong with your eyes?" Though he may not understand the emotional motives for crying, he should know about it in a biological sense, and thus know that it is happening.
Correction: Tears serve non-emotion purpose as well. They provide lubrication and rinse out debris. Seeing tears and unaware of the emotional motives, T-800 assumes something must be in John's eyes and asks a reasonable question.

Corrected entry: In the scene featuring Miranda's interview with Andrea, Miranda comments on the fact that Andrea had never heard of her before. While Andrea has told this to Emily, there is no time for Emily to pass this info on to Miranda, as we see the entire conversation between Miranda and Emily from the moment Miranda walks in the door.
Correction: Miranda infers a great deal about Andy in those first few moments. Given Andy's clothing, lack of fear of Miranda's presence, and seeming lack of interest in a position thousands of women would kill for - Miranda correctly infers Andy does not know who she is. She doesn't need Emily to tell her.

Corrected entry: When John talks to Kates father after being shot, you see that Kate is mouthing John's lines.
Correction: I watched this scene several times and it appears as if Claire Danes just opens and closes her mouth - a lot. Her mouth movements don't actually make words. She does the same thing whenever she is leaning over her father, regardless of who is talking.

Corrected entry: When Lucy found out she has short term memory loss, she was devastated. In the last scene, when she woke up on the boat and finished watching the tape, her reaction was a lot calmer, even though she was married and had a child. Since she's finding out for the first time, she should've been shocked.
Correction: Lucy's behavior is not a plot hole, it's a character trait. Consider the events in the dinner: Lucy's responses to Henry differed from day to day. One day she pretended she didn't speak English, the next she claimed she had a boyfriend. Her responses varied, it's not a plot hole if her response to the tape varies as well.
