The Revenant (2015)
Continuity mistake: When Bridger refuses payment for staying with Glass in the wilderness, his share of the money makes several mysterious movements on Captain Henry's desk throughout the scene. Although we see Bridger's share being handled only once, it goes from near the edge of the desk where Captain Henry placed it, to the edge of the desk in front of Bridger, to one moving bill in the middle of the desk, to all the money having disappeared from Henry's desk. Beyond the Sea (2004)
Audio problem: In the very first scene of the movie when Bobby is recreating his performance at the Coconut Grove, the actions of the band are out of sync with the music we hear. (Bobby is in sync, but the band is not.) Watch the hands of the drummer and the band leader: The entire scene is out of sync, but when the drummer moves to the ride cymbal you can easily see he is ahead of the music, and when the band leader gives the band cues for accents, his hand movements are behind the music and therefore happen too late.

Love Story (1970)
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the hockey game where Oliver talks to Jenny while he's in the penalty box, he wears number 7. When the shot cuts to the action on the ice during this conversation, number 7 is in the game sliding on his stomach, and then back in the penalty box talking to Jenny. (00:04:10)

Splendor in the Grass (1961)
Continuity mistake: During the scene, when Natalie Wood goes with Toots to make-out point after the dance and jumps in the water, it's supposed to be late at night. When they cut back and forth between shots at the waterfalls and Warren Beatty waiting for Natalie on her porch, all the scenes at the falls were shot in broad daylight, while the ones of Warren on the porch are at night.

North by Northwest (1959)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cary Grant runs out of the hotel and jumps into a waiting cab, the two bad guys giving chase immediately jump in the next cab and should be the very next vehicle right behind Cary Grant's. But when Cary Grant looks behind him through the cab window to see if he's being followed, the bad guy's cab has disappeared. We get a clear line of sight all the way back to the hotel and the car is not there. Instead we see a third cab pulling into the space they just left.

North by Northwest (1959)
Continuity mistake: When Cary Grant and Eva Marie Saint are riding in the dinner car on the train, there are several instances where the landscape/view as seen from their window repeats itself. Keep an eye out for a bridge they never get any closer to, and a section of tall iron work near the tracks they keep passing over and over.

Lilies Of The Field (1963)
Trivia: The budget for this movie was so low even by 1963 standards (about 250k), that in order to save money the director of the film (Ralph Nelson), cast himself as the contractor who helps build the church. By the way, Sidney Poitier worked for minimum pay and a piece of the movie.

Factual error: This movie is set in a part of the world that is well known for its harsh cold weather and frigid temperatures. Yet despite countless scenes of people outdoors in what is supposed to be the bitter cold of winter, you never see the vapor from anyone's breath.

Continuity mistake: When Hepburn and Tracy park their car at the drive-in parking lot and order ice cream, the same large white truck (going left) and the same station wagon (going right) pass by on the street behind them three times. On this same loop there is also a white car that twice pulls out into the street going left.
