Wild At Heart - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When Veruca comes to Oz's cage to spend the night there, she tosses her jacket onto the round stone thingie (knob?) at the end of the stairs, and it covers the whole thing. However, when Willow discovers them in the morning and Veruca goes to pick up her jacket, you can see that it has moved. Willow didn't touch it when she entered, and both Oz and Veruca were locked up so they couldn't get anywhere near it. (00:26:35 - 00:29:20)

Desperado (1995)

Continuity mistake: When the knife throwing assassin is after El Mariachi, he throws the first knife at his left arm and the second one at his right hand. Then we see El Mariachi going around the corner, with most of his back out of view, as the assassin throws the third knife at him. A few moments later, we see El Mariachi taking the knife out of his back - it's right next to his shoulder, and it was impossible for the assassin to hit it from where he was.

Saw (2004)

Saw mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When Alison gets the gun from Zep and aims it at him, the gun is in her left hand. In the next shot it's in her right hand, and then it moves back to her left hand again. This is not an artifact of changing camera angles, you can clearly see the different hands holding the gun. (01:20:30)
