Corrected entry: In the scene where the cop brings Brandi's dad home, just when he is getting out of the car you can hear the cop say, "See ya Joe Don", which is the actor's name in real life, Joe Don Baker.

Correction: She could have been wearing hair extensions.

Million Dollar Maybe - S21-E11
Corrected entry: Homer breaks his arm when pulling his arm out of the tree where he hides his money when Bart asks what is he doing, but for the rest of the episode his arm is fine. (00:16:00)
Correction: Clearly Homer didn't break his arm. He just dislocated it.

The Big Bang Theory (2007)
The Irish Pub Formulation - S4-E6
Corrected entry: Sheldon is playing an online game he found. He yells to Leonard "I'm trapped in quicksand, the axe is dragging me down." Leonard then tells him to "Drop axe." Shortly after, Sheldon heads to bed, but he comes back saying "I know how to get the bucket. I can turn the axe around and use the handle to reach it." However, he does not have the axe as he has already dropped it. (00:06:05 - 00:07:45)
Correction: Sheldon is playing an old text and type game, many of which have only one way to beat them, so once Sheldon died, he would be sent back to the start, eventually reclaiming the Axe.

The Time of the Doctor - S7-E17
Corrected entry: When Clara sees The Silence, her reaction is fear, but she was born after the Moon Landing and would have to have seen it at some point in her life, so her reaction should be to kill them all on sight.
Correction: "Different universe." This is the Doctor's response when asked why the Silence were no longer being killed in "The Wedding of River Song." Even if that is not the case, this is an entirely different breed of Silence we've seen previously.

Men in Black II (2002)
Corrected entry: When K is standing outside of Jeebs's place, waiting for his brain to reboot, his hair is disheveled. When he comes back in, and saves J, his hair is neat and coiffed.
Correction: That is because K took his time to fix his hair. Which really would not take anytime at all. All he'd have to do is run his hands through his hair, and even if he didn't, K likes to take his time, as seen in the first MIB film.

Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971)
Corrected entry: When in the boat tunnel, we see a brief picture of 'Slugworth' being shown in the background. Both Charlie and Grandpa Joe react to it, even though there's no reason for Grandpa Joe to. He couldn't possibly think it was Slugworth, given how it was actually just an actor, Mr. Wilkinson, whom he has never even seen before.
Correction: Grandpa Joe does not react to the photo of Slugworth, but to Charlie's calling and grabbing him.
Correction: Correct. Slugworth gave Charlie a thumbs up before entering the gates. Charlie told his grandpa that was him to which grandpa looked at Slugworth. Therefore he would recognize him on the tunnel wall.
Correction: While waiting with the other winners to enter the factory, Charlie points out Sligworth to Grandpa Joe. They both recognize his picture in the tunnel and react the same, as they both know what he looks like and what his intentions are.

The Blues Brothers (1980)
Corrected entry: When Jake and Elwood first walk through the lobby of the flophouse, an older man asks Elwood for his "Cheez Whiz"; Elwood then tosses him a metallic can of an aerosol cheese product. Cheez Whiz is a processed cheese spread that is sold, and always has been sold, in glass jars.
Correction: Though Cheez Whiz is a spread, the name has come to encompass any aerosol cheese products. Similar to how Band-Aid refers to any adhesive bandage products.
I disagree, Easy Cheese is the aerosol product. The words "Cheez Whiz", do make for a snappier script line, but are incorrect based on what he tosses over. If you walk into a grocery store and ask for Cheez Whiz, you will be shown a glass jar of cheese product spread. I truly believe your correction is incorrect.
Well the guy asking for the cheese isn't exactly a formal guy. To him that can is cheese wiz.
Yes what he tosses him is not the brand name cheeze whiz, but that does not matter. Aerosol cheese, somehow, became called cheeze whiz. If I ask you for a band-aid, are you going to go to the store to buy band-aid adhesive bandages, or are you going to the medicine cabinet and giving me the generic bozo brand?
Cheez Whiz also comes in a "spray" can, not just a jar.
There are internet pictures of Cheez Whiz in a can, and even if it's available today, it certainly was never available in a spray can in 1980 or before.
Cheez Whiz was never a generic term for any cheese in a can product, and certainly not in the 70's and 80's. Not only that, you can tell it's a can of Easy Cheese. Here's an article people can read to decide if this is a valid mistake. https://www.liveabout.com/blues-brothers-cheez-whiz-3974417.

Man of Steel (2013)
Corrected entry: After Faora comes out of the ship to greet Kal-El, she then makes her way to the soldiers standing behind him, taking only a few steps to get to them. However, in a number of aerial views, it's clear that Kal-El is at least one hundred yards away from the soldiers. (01:14:50)
Correction: They are nowhere near a hundred yards away, in any shot when Faora greets Superman.

The Butterfly Effect (2004)
Corrected entry: Evan lives his childhood and has several blackouts in which events happen that he does not remember. We later find out that as an adult he goes back in time with the use of his journals and live out said blackouts. Ignoring the problem with his hand scars, he goes back and relives each blackout, except for one. When Kayleigh's father makes Kayleigh and Evan presumptively have sex with each other (thereby scarring Kayleigh in the first timeline), we never see Evan actually go back in time and sleep with her (for good reason). He goes back to that blackout, but he never has sex with her. So how did that happen? Did he live that blackout as a child? He never did that for the others; it was the older Evan acting during those times. Perhaps he accidentally went back while sleeping, thought it was a dream, and had sex with her. And they just gloss over it.
Correction: He does go back. But it is shown prior to anything occurs. He tells Kaleigh's father he is being watched. We can assume at this point he stops whatever he was going to do.

Hot Shots Part Deux (1993)
Corrected entry: When the president is standing with the other presidents, there is a shot of them from a distance as the president starts knocking them over with the shovel. One of the men falls without the president hitting him.
Correction: That former president is Gerald Ford. Infamously known for falling over while exiting Air Force One. Him falling over without getting touched is the joke.

The Incredible Hulk (2008)
Corrected entry: In the final battle, the Abomination leaps off a rooftop towards the machine gun on the helicopter. The Hulk leaps as well and grabs the Abomination just as he clasps the chopper. In spite of their combined weight, the aircraft appears to drop only slightly. It should have strained mightily just to stay aloft.
Correction: The copter does struggle, You get a good sense of this from the inside as you see them struggle against the weight with alarms going off, and they eventually crash from it.

The Incredible Hulk (2008)
Corrected entry: An all time favorite movies cliche' is the ubiquitous "sheared off, spouting fire hydrant", as seen in this movie when the Abomination is wrecking city streets. Must be an unwritten rule that every urban scene of destruction, but that don't make it right. Broken hydrants, with the connection to the water main many feet below, do not spray water when broken.
Correction: They in fact do. After watching many high speed car crashes where a hydrant is sheared off the water can and does spray dozens to hundred feet in the air. Just look up "police pursuit fire hydrant" on YouTube for proof.

Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007)
Corrected entry: In the scene where Ian shows the plush doll of Alvin to Dave, the doll talks. Ian claims it has spoken in Spanish, but it has actually said, "Konbanwa. Watashi ha Alvin desu." This actually means, "Good evening. I am Alvin," in Japanese.
Correction: This is Ian mentioning this. All things shown he is kind of an idiot. Confusing Japanese with Spanish is mistake he would make.

Finding Nemo (2003)
Factual error: Jacques the cleaner shrimp is in a lot of trouble. He is sharing an aquarium with Bloat, a long-spined porcupine fish. Shrimp and other crustaceans are their favourite food.
Suggested correction: Suspension of disbelief. Sharks eat fish, and don't try to rehabilitate themselves to not eating fish. Besides I'm sure the others would have convinced Bloat not to eat Jacques.

Inglourious Basterds (2009)
Corrected entry: During the climactic final scenes of the "movie", Zoellar is shown operating a bolt action rifle as he shoots numerous American soldiers. In at least one scene, a half-dozen soldiers are shot within a very few seconds, something he would be unable to do with a bolt action rifle.
Correction: It's a fake movie, which is glorifying his exploits.

Shaun of the Dead (2004)
Corrected entry: In the scene near the end when the zombies begin breaking in and Shaun is describing how much ammo he has, he calls his ammo bullets and Ed corrects him and says they are called shells. Shaun had it right the first time. Ammo for a rifle are cartridges, and ammo for a shotgun is called shells.
Correction: Shaun and Ed are both incorrect. Shells are the casing and bullets are the projectile. Cartridges and rounds are for any ammo that is a packed bullet casing and powder. Shells are used to describe shotgun cartridges as well. However, the British have their own language and could very well use shells to mean cartridges, making Ed correct.

Corrected entry: Just before Loki pretends to cut Thor's hand, Thor is sleeveless. Then he takes the hammer and suddenly has iron sleeves.
