Other mistake: Shazam catches the bus and everyone's fine. But really, how is him catching the bus at a dead stop 6 feet off the ground any better than it hitting solid ground a fraction of a second later? He's not magically cushioning everyone on the bus.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008)
Other mistake: Obi-Wan Kenobi discovers the Mandalorians and gets into a fist fight with them, punching one in the face a few times, who reacts with obvious discomfort. But the one hit is wearing Mandalorian armour, famously resistant to all kinds of weaponry, and Obi-Wan is barehanded! The Mandalorian should be laughing off his attempts. Not to mention that later he surprises another armed guard in Mandalorian armour and knocks him out with two barehanded blows to the helmet.
Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.
Suggested correction: It must be pointed out that unlike the Mandos he's fighting, Obi-Wan explicitly has supernatural powers, powers that most certainly help with things like punching out people in full armour. Seeing this as a "mistake" is kind of ridiculous in a space fantasy series.

Other mistake: The team, guns up, aimed, and ready, interrupt the meeting on the rooftop which has just ended in a shootout. Steve tells Cynthia to put the gun down or they'll have to put her down, and Junior menacingly cocks his rifle as if to emphasise the point. What, it wasn't already ready to fire? He's walked into a potential firefight with his weapon raised but it wasn't actually fireable yet?

Other mistake: Dick shoots into the bathtub to scare information out of the guy taking a bath. Three shots splash up - trouble is from the angle he was shooting at, very shallow, those bullets would have smashed through the other side of the bath, but nothing happens.

Other mistake: People gaining access to a computer system they've never seen or used before, but manage to figure out exactly how to do the thing they need to do, often in a very limited timeframe. No clicking around trying to find the right area or the right command.

Back and to the Future - S15-E1
Other mistake: After the spell is cast, the ghosts are chasing Sam, Cas, the mom and the girl towards the safety line...despite ghosts being able to teleport themselves short distances, as they were doing only minutes earlier. They could easily have jumped ahead of them, instead they gave chase on foot.

Other mistake: The crash at the start is staged - the semi truck is driving at 20/30mph, is T-boned by the van, and stops instantly. No screech of brakes, no allowance for the driver's reaction time. In the shot of the impact it's moving at barely walking pace, hence being able to stop so quickly.

Other mistake: The module on the alien spacecraft Fitz repairs, most visible when he says "OK we're done, we're done" is just a standard PC motherboard, which also has no connections to anything else - it's just glued to the metal panel he's holding.

The Last Of The Starks - S8-E4
Other mistake: The dragon is shot down by three giant arrows, and everyone looks shocked, with no idea where the attack came from, even Daenerys, who's flying high alongside it. Then the enemy fleet rounds a small outcrop, revealing themselves as the attackers, but given her height she would have seen them a mile off and steered well clear.

The Punisher (2017)
Other mistake: In the hotel room shootout, bullets are being fired through the wall easily and tearing up the place as you'd expect. Frank then dives through the damaged wall and they shoot at each other with Frank behind a cupboard and Pilgrim behind an internal wall. But bullets empties into both of these bits of flimsy cover leave the men behind them miraculously unscathed.

The Punisher (2017)
Other mistake: During the shootout in the hotel rooms, Pilgrim and Frank are shooting a lot at each other through the wall, with multiple holes appearing as expected. They then swap rooms (Pilgrim going through the adjoining door, Frank down the corridor), and we see Frank shooting at Pilgrim from the opposite angle. Problem is we see bullet holes appearing in the undamaged wall behind Pilgrim - given that room was just being riddled with bullets there should already be plenty of bullet holes in that far wall.

The Good Place (2016)
Other mistake: When Michael is looking at the 2009 report about Doug giving his Grandmother flowers, the net total for the action is -4 points. But the totals are off. The positives add up to about 73 points, but just the negatives that we see are 162, making the net total at least -89. While the header implies only the "top" points are known, the numbers start tailing off drastically after the first few, so there's no way there are enough not mentioned to make up the difference, otherwise they'd be classified as "top" too.

Other mistake: At the gun range, Merrimen is shooting very rapidly, heard by Nick and seen by us at times. Two problems with the scene - Merrimen fires in 6 clusters - 5 shots, then 9, 8, 8, 8, and 9 again. But he reloads between each cluster, and we see his slide lock back after the 8th shot at times, so how's he getting 9 rounds off sometimes? Plus we see the target he was shooting, with a close group dead center, but there aren't 47 bullet holes, nor larger holes where two bullets hit close together.

Lost in Space (2018)
Other mistake: Right at the start, as they're crashing, the computer narrates their rapidly-dropping altitude in feet. But the "altitude" dial we're shown is in metres. Most noticeable as they cross the 3,000 mark, when the computer voice and the height say/show the same number at the same time, despite the different units. 3,000m would be more like 9,000 feet, or 3,000 feet would be more like 1,000m. Other mistake: The cops charge Bane's army, who are armed with automatic weapons, and yet only a few of them fall as they run towards each other. The cops would have been mostly cut down before they got anywhere near Bane's troops.

Other mistake: When Anna's horse gets scared and runs off, Anna falls into a stream and gets soaked. Trouble is, everything else in the kingdom is frozen solid - the sea, waterfalls, etc. - there's no way that stream would still be liquid.

Other mistake: At the end, when she's writing the email, she enters a subject line first, but then when we see a closeup of her clicking the "send" button, the window title says "untitled message." That would have been replaced by the subject when she wrote it.
