Continuity mistake: When Nina dies, Bobby has her blood all over his face. When he picks his book up a few seconds later the blood is gone. (00:41:00)

Continuity mistake: When Billy the Puppet says "Hello Brad" Brad looks at the puppet, in the next shot, you can see he has his head below the blade, not looking at the puppet. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: As Evan is tearing himself away from the car seat, you can see his back muscles are a fleshy-color and only have a little bit of blood on them. When he crashes at the end of the scene, his back muscles are suddenly dark-red and saturated with blood, despite looking totally different just seconds before. (00:20:25)

Trivia: The "Horsepower Trap" (the car trap involving Even and his friends) was an idea that writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan have tried to get into several "Saw" films before, only to be told by the producers that it was too gruesome and cruel. Knowing this was the intended final film, the producers finally allowed them to include the scene.
