Little Nicky ending / spoiler
Nicky's mum is an angel (Reese Witherspoon). Adrian exits the flask and turns into a bat. Nicky's glowing ball turns into Ozzy and he bites Adrian's (bat) head off and Adrian goes back to the flask. With both brothers in the flask, Nicky can go back to Hell... but someone has to kill him. Patricia Arquette hits Nicky on the head with a rock and he goes back to the underworld. Harvey Keitel is okay again and continues ruling Hell. Nicky's two rock n roll buddies get ahold of Led Zeppelin's old touring plane. They crash and continue rocking on in Hell. Nicky's mum marries her fitness instructor, Chris Farley. Nicky and Patricia Arquette have a son.
