Twilight

Corrected entry: In the Ballet Studio, when James bites Bella's left arm, there is nothing on it, but, when Edward is sucking the venom out, there is a bracelet. Look at her arm when James bites it, then you'll first notice it just after Edward throws James against the mirror. (01:38:50 - 01:41:15)

Correction: Have another look. Bella is indeed wearing the narrow silver cuff bracelet (open back with two ends) when James bites her. As her palm is facing up, one end of the cuff bracelet is beside his mouth and the other end is visible beside his ring finger. The cuff bracelet may be easy to miss because the open back is at the center of her wrist, and it's rather dimly lit.

Super Grover

Corrected entry: In the baseball scene when Edward Cullen is in the field, the first hit goes far into the forest at an incredible velocity. Edwards gets the ball and throws it back. Carlisle takes a swing and the ball seems to fly at an equal speed (maybe even faster considered he's the oldest and strongest in the family). Edward and Emmett jumps up to catch the ball but collide midair and fall to the ground. When filming the two brothers on the ground, the ball for some reason drops only a few feet behind them. Not exactly coherent laws of physics.

christian1503

Correction: Carlisle is not the strongest, Emmett is, and there's no guarantee he hit it at the same angle and rate that Edward did on his hit. Much like mortal baseball, just because the ball seems to be going as fast doesn't mean it is, and the angle, wind, etc, all affect how it travels. Edward and Emmett colliding has the ability in and of itself to change the atmosphere around them, changing the ball's velocity.

White Lock

Corrected entry: In the baseball scene, when Edward and Emmett run towards each other to catch the ball, Emmett very obviously jumps on a trampoline just before he and Edward collide.

Correction: Unless you can see a trampoline (which you can't), this isn't a mistake. The vampires in these stories are different than any others and most significantly, they move like no other, including jumping and moving forward with amazing speed.

MovieFan612

Corrected entry: When Bella and Edward are in the forest, Edward unbuttons his shirt to show Bella what he looks like in the sun, but when Bella follows him after he leaves the sun spot in the next scene, his shirt is buttoned.

baylebeth

Correction: It has been shown that these vampires move at incredible speeds. He could have rebuttoned it.

shortdanzr

Corrected entry: When Bella gets Rosalie out during the softball game, look at Carlisle behind them, its so not him, must be his double. (01:17:00)

kweenlost

Correction: I have watched this scene and as far as i can tell it is the actor in the backround. Why would there be any need of a stunt double when he is simply in the background cheering on Rosalie for the home run?

Corrected entry: When Edward and Bella are talking about Carlisle, in the first part when they show Edward in 1918, Edward (in the present) is talking to Bella and he is wet because of the rain, and then when they show Esme being transformed, Edward is completely dry. (00:59:35 - 01:00:05)

Correction: Those two conversations take place on different days. You can see by the different clothes they wear that it's showing the passage of time.

Corrected entry: On Bella's first day of school in the cafeteria, Mike sits down beside her and when Tyler pulls the chair out from under Mike it is thrown several feet away from the table. Mike chases after Tyler. Then, Jessica makes a comment about Bella being a shiny new toy and slides over into the chair that should no longer be there.

sinainn

Correction: Jessica does not sit down into this chair. She slides her own chair (the one she is already sitting in) over to the empty space next to Bella.

raywest

Corrected entry: In the book, before the baseball scene, Edward parks Emmett's jeep outside of the forest and they run the rest of the way so that when the Nomads turn up, there is no time to run back to the car. In the movie, they park the jeep in the same field on which they play baseball, which they would be able to reach easily in a few seconds. Carlisle says there's no time, when really there is time to get back to the car.

Correction: Once again, because the vampires moves so extremely fast, once the Nomadics know of the Cullens' group, it's too late to flee. Not a mistake.

Brenda Elzin

Corrected entry: In the baseball scene when James realises Bella is a human and the Nomadics and Cullens run into a defensive group stance, Edward is located at the bottom left of the shot. When the camera changes angle he is now at the back of the group.

Correction: The Cullens, as vampires, move extremely fast. Edward moved again to be closer to Bella. Not a mistake.

Brenda Elzin

Corrected entry: When Bella storms into the house after the baseball game, she says, 'Robert, I said just leave me alone.' She was meant to call him Edward, which is his character's name.

becusha

Correction: Sorry, but you are incorrect. I've listened to this at least half-a-dozen times, and Bella definitely says, "Edward," not "Robert" when she storms into the house. Movie scenes are filmed multiple times to get the best version, so it's highly unlikely a mistake like that would make it into the final cut.

raywest

Corrected entry: Vampires don't eat human food; but in the scene in the cafeteria after the greenhouse scene, the camera zooms in on Edward picking at his food. Look to his left and you will see Emmett chewing on a rice crispy treat he was playing with in the shot before. (00:29:25)

barefootduchess

Correction: Vampires can ingest food but are unable to digest it or receive any nourishment from eating. Edward and the other Cullen kids only nibble at or pretend to eat food or leave it untouched while at school so they can appear to be (as much as possible) "normal." Anything they do eat, must be regurgitated later.

raywest

Corrected entry: In the scene where Edward rushes in to save Bella from the truck about to crush her, he knocks her down but holds her up, then he lets go and jumps over the back of the cars. In the next scene when Bella is in the Emergency room, Carlisle says, "You hit your head," but she never did.

midorimentality

Correction: Edward and Carlisle both tell Bella she hit her head -- because they want her to believe the "unreal" aspects of the accident and how Edward saved her is because she hit her head. This is not a mistake.

Brenda Elzin

Corrected entry: In the scene where Edward and Bella kiss in her bedroom, when they move to the bed, you can hear a faint "OK" in the background. (01:15:55)

Ioanna

Correction: Stop downloading illegal copies of this DVD. The real DVD has no such sound heard in the background.

Corrected entry: During the Baseball scene when Carlisle is up to bat, he points out his shot, and in the background you see Esme, Rosalie and Jasper, but no Bella who is suppose to be umpire. When Alice throws the pitch and he is about to hit it she still isn't there, but when he starts to run and you're looking at his back side, Bella is suddenly there behind Esme.

Correction: Bella IS there. Look to the extreme left of the screen and you can see her shoulder and arm. In the tight shot of Esme, there is no reason why Bella would be visible.

Corrected entry: Edward saves Bella by standing between her truck and the careening van. He may be strong enough to not be crushed, but he's wearing ordinary shoes and has an unremarkable body weight. The coefficient of friction between his shoes and the pavement wouldn't keep him from being shoved into Bella's truck, putting a dent in it as well.

Correction: Pushing his body down on impact, using the van as leverage, gives him additional resistance from sliding. Also, this is just how super-strength works in every movie, book, etc that features it. It's supernatural, so applying laws of nature to it is pretty redundant.

Phixius

Corrected entry: In the scene where Edward jumps off of Bella's car, he slips in and out of a British accent in the line, "So you're worried, not because you'll be in a house full of vampires, but because you think they won't approve of you."

Correction: The character Edward has lived outside the U.S. in the hundred years he's been a vampire. It's not unlikely he'd have had to pick up an accent somewhere to blend in better.

Phixius

Corrected entry: In the scene where Edward is showing Bella his room and she turns on the stereo to hear the Clair de Lune he mispronounces the name Debussy. He says de-buh-see and it's pronounced de-bee-see. Knowing he speaks several languages and if he loves the composer so much, he should know how to pronounce his name properly.

Correction: Debussy is never pronounced "de-bee-see". Edward's pronounciation in the scene is quite accurate.

Tailkinker

Corrected entry: In the prom scene, Bella's shoe switches, at first it is a shoe, and at the end, when they zoom in on it, it's a Converse.

Correction: When Bella walks down the stairs in her prom dress, you can see her left foot and she is wearing a Converse and wears it throughout the night.

Corrected entry: In the last scene with Victoria, she's looking through the window at Bella and Edward at the prom. But if they were at such close proximity, Edward should have heard Victoria's thoughts, as he does near the end of Twilight: Eclipse.

Correction: Edward can hear thoughts of people around him, yes. But they were at a dance with hundreds of kids, so she was simply lost in the cacophony.

Phixius

Corrected entry: In the baseball scene, Alice and Esme are wearing baseball caps that visibly have a C for Cullen on them. Rosalie is wearing a baseball cap too. But why does Rosalie's cap have a G on it instead of a C?

mimi909

Correction: This isn't trivia, it's a question. Rosalie's last name is Hale, so if there's not a C then one would think it'd be an H.

Continuity mistake: When Bella is in the hospital, in the close-up of her face, the breathing tubes are right by her eyes, but when the shot is further from her face, the tubes are on her cheeks. (01:38:20)

Trivia: Bella drops the apple in the cafeteria when she gives her theories on what Edward is. When Edward bounces the apple back up from his foot, the way that his hand catches the apple is the cover of the book.

Question: When they are in the garage, before they split up to throw off James, Edward tells Alice to "Please keep your thoughts to yourself". I've read the book and I'm pretty sure it explains this but I can't remember. What is Alice thinking?

Answer: Alice can see the future (She can not read minds, thoughts and intentions). She has foreseen that Bella will become a vampire and Edward does not want her to tell Bella that.

Jazaray

Answer: If Alice tells Bella that she will be a vampire she will be scared and shocked.

Bella wouldn't be shocked or scared by knowing that. Bella wants to become a vampire. Edward does not wish this for her, believing it is a cursed life. If Alice tells Bella that she foresees her becoming a vampire, Edward knows this will only encourage Bella to pressure him to change her.

raywest

Answer: I thought Alice was thinking about how tasty Bella smells because they had to wear her belongings to confuse Victoria and lead her off Bella's actual scent. If not please do reply as I am curious about this.
