Audio problem: When Claire is in the car about to leave hospital, she turns around to tell Emma to put her seat-belt on. Though you hear her say "fasten your seat-belt sweetheart" - her lips aren't moving when you hear "sweetheart".

Audio problem: When Claire and Marleen return from lunch and both are greeting baby Joe, you can hear him screaming his head off. However, when Claire hands him back to Peyton, you see his face and he is not distressed at all (even though you can still hear the crying). (00:44:05 - 01:00:05)

Audio problem: In the early hospital scene, the TV sound can be heard but the TV had the "MUTING" caption on.

Plot hole: The only reason the movie takes place is because the news station that Mrs. Mott watches names Claire as the woman who filled the lawsuit against Mr. Mott. It is completely illegal for broadcasters to name or show a picture of a sexually assaulted victim.

Answer: Claire had called 911 but she couldn't talk. I'm sure their city had enhanced 911 coverage so they knew where the call was coming from and sent paramedics.
