Goldeneye

It turns out that 006 (Alec Trevelyan) didn't die at all. He actually was Janus and he was conspiring with Onotopp and Ourumov. Onotopp ropes from a helicopter and tries to kill Bond but Bond shoots the pilot and the chopper flies out of control and Onotopp's back is broken as she hits a tree. Bond sticks a pipe into the satellite's controls and before it could lock onto Goldeneye. 006 and Bond fight on the satellite and Trevelyan falls. Bond makes it to a helicopter and it flies away. The satellite explodes and falls on Trevelyan.

Shay

Revealing mistake: During the draining of the water in the dish, some shots show the water moving backwards. For instance, at a particular moment, masses of water jump up, arc toward the opening, and fall in it. The most likely reason is that, during the filming, the special effects people took a shot of a replica of the dish filling with water, then edited it the other way to show that the water was emptied from the dish.
