Top Secret!

Other mistake: The scene in the bookstore is shot in reverse, which although humorous, isn't a mistake. The mistake is the fact that what the characters say and what the subtitles say don't match up. When speaking the character's dialogue comes out all garbled, and when a name is brought up in the subtitles there is no reference to that person's name in the conversation. (00:47:10 - 00:48:15)

Revealing mistake: When Chocolate Mousse throws the anchor with the rope attached into the air, if you watch the ground when they run away, you can see that there's suddenly a lot more rope there, revealing that it was filmed in two takes and the anchor wasn't really thrown directly above their heads.
