Continuity mistake: When Dorinda prepares dinner for Ted she makes a great effort do make it look home-cooked by making a great mess, like splattering mashed potatoes on a cook book. In the next shot she powders everything with flour, including the book, but the mashed potatoes are gone. (01:18:45)

Dorinda hijacks Ted's plane, douses the fire on the mountain and saves everyone. She runs out of fuel as she is heading back to base and the plane crashes into a lake. She is saved by the spirit of Pete. He tells her that it's OK to be in love with Ted and helps her move on from him. Pete walks off into the afterlife.
