Revealing mistake: During the fight at the shrine, a woman throws a warrior on top of a pile of rocks, and the rocks squeeze down, revealing they're made of foam. When the warrior falls on the floor, the rocks reinflate back to their previous shape.

Continuity mistake: When Sonja and the Queen fight in the candles' room, the ones on the right are thick, and the Queen cuts several of them with her sword. When the Prince enters, not only are the candles fixed and standing up, but they are all thin.

Continuity mistake: When Sonja is fighting against the queen, she holds her sword with both hands. Then suddenly with her left hand. Right after, the wizard makes her left arm bleed and she covers the wound with her right hand, but a shot later she doesn't. All this takes place from shot to shot in a matter of frames.

Continuity mistake: After the main tower of the Queen's castle explodes, the scene changes to the group of four trying to escape. Back to an outside shot of the castle, and now the tower is rebuilt and back in place.

Continuity mistake: The water dragon has two different designs: one for where its mouth opens and closes, and one where it barely moves. Note the shape of the ears, nostrils, and eyes.

Continuity mistake: When Sonja stabs her knife into the dragon's head, the blade bends, revealing it's made of rubber. A shot later, the blade is back to stiff.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Red Sonja is fighting some guy in front of her Master, you see it from her point of view. When she points the sword at the guy after she disarmed him, it's clearly to see that the arms belong to a man, as they are large and hairy. In the next shot, you see it from another angle and you can see her arms are placed in another position and its easy to see that it wasn't her arms in the shot before.
