Visible crew/equipment: When Brody drives across the deck and then onto the ferry, as he does you can see the large shadow of crewmembers and a camera set up, standing on a high ledge above, cast on Brody's Amity Police van. (00:03:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Larry, Ellen Brody, and a group of others are touring some people around the beach, showing them around, they look up to see Chief Brody in the watch tower, looking out for sharks. In the close-up of Ellen looking up at him, the boom mike bobbing around, is clearly reflected in her sunglasses. (00:41:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When Brody is at the film developer's darkroom, the developer pulls a covering over what is supposed to be a skylight. Right before the covering is fully pulled over, the "skylight" starts to dim as if it was really a stagelight. (00:50:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Brody is checking out his reflection in the small kitchen mirror, he turns around and his wife walks through the doorway into the kitchen. Above the doorway you can clearly see the whole boom mike, pole and all, which is quickly swung up out of view. (01:07:15)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Brody approaches the group of teenagers on their smashed boats, the angle cuts to show Brody approaching seen as if from Cable Junction. At this point, there is a huge mistake. The teenagers' boats are clearly visible in the foreground, the kids have all completely vanished, and you can spot the cameraman standing on the boats quite clearly.

Visible crew/equipment: When Brody is rigging the winch it shows an underwater shot, presumably from the sharks point of view, if you look attached to the kids boat's there is a wire anchoring them down.

At this point, there is a huge mistake. The teenagers' boats are clearly visible in the foreground, the kids have all completely vanished, and you can spot the cameraman standing on the boats quite clearly.

Question: When the shark has deflated Doug's boat, Andy exclaims, "Hey Bligh, someone popped your balloon?" Why does he call him Bligh?

Answer: He is referring to Captain Bligh from Mutiny on the Bounty. Its an insult as Captain Bligh was a real jerk.
