Trivia: At many points in the movie, the music playing in the background are slightly different versions of the song "A Hard Day's Night." This was the title track from the Beatles previous movie.

Trivia: When the scenes in the Alps were filmed, a large group of photographers followed the Beatles around, determined to get a photo of one falling off their skis. The only one they actualy got was staged by Paul.

Trivia: The title, 'Help', had to be reconsidered when it was discovered that another company were making a film of the same title, so an exclamation mark was added to differentiate it.

Trivia: Between "Help" and "Help!" the title "Eight arms to hold you" was considered. But The Beatles vetoed this as it would have meant having to write a song called "Eight arms to hold you."

Trivia: John Lennon was unavailable for the beach sequence towards the end of the movie, so another actor took his place.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where John, George and Ringo are about to take their seat in the restaurant, look closely at the mirror on the wall. You can see Paul dancing with Ahme. However, when John then asks, 'Are you eating too, Paul?' and the shot cuts to Paul, the original belly dancer, not yet replaced by Ahme, is the one dancing.
