Continuity mistake: When Mugatu leaves from behind the desk to show Derek the model, the chair Mugatu spins does an extra 180 turn. The chair front is still facing the wall. (00:27:35)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mugatu is talking to Mr. Ballstein, Todd gives Mugatu the phone to talk to Mr. Ballstein. The camera cuts to a shot where you see Mr. Ballstein in the bathroom. In the shot after that, Todd and Mugatu have switched places. (00:22:30)

Continuity mistake: When David Bowie steps forward to Hansel and Derek, he grabs his hands around their shoulders. As the shot changes from Bowie's face to Hansel's, his hand is gone from Hansel's shoulder, but after the shot turns to Derek and then back to the view of the three of them as it was from the beginning, his hand is back. There's a shot of the back of Hansel's neck with no hand, the angle changes to the front again and the hand is back. (00:43:40)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where they confirm it's a walk-off between Hansel and Derek, Billy Zane is shown next to Derek saying stuff to stop him and Derek says: "put a cork in it Zane." Billy mouths those exact words and then tries to hide it.

Continuity mistake: When Maury tells Derek Mugatu wants him for his new campaign, he points at Derek with his left hand. The very next shot you see his arm was never up in the first place. (00:19:50)

Continuity mistake: When Derek is being interviewed by a reporter on the red carpet, a woman with an afro passes behind Derek twice, without turning around. (00:06:22)

Factual error: They show the clock on the wall at 6:17pm, but when Matilda is talking to Archie in the office, the L.A. clock says 5:17pm. If they are in New York it would be 8:17pm. (01:06:45 - 01:07:30)

Continuity mistake: While Hansel is standing in the doorway listening to Matilda explain why they need a place to hide, Hansel's left hand changes a few times through out the scene, C shape & flat on door. (00:54:45)

Continuity mistake: When Derek is in the club telling Hansel "That's a walk off challenge, my friend," they are close together. When Hansel whips out the scooter, he's about five feet away, and then they are back together again. (00:42:00)

Audio problem: When Matilda is asking Derek about the magnum look, Matilda says, "Thats intriguing.", but you can see her mouth is still moving saying something else. (00:04:00)

Factual error: The film's plot revolves around killing the prime minister of Malaysia because he wants to ban child labour. Malaysia already has laws against child labour, and has since its time as a British colony.

Continuity mistake: While being brainwashed by Mugatu, you see the cutouts of celebrities pop up. When Derek does his first flip down the runway, the cutouts are missing on the sides of the runway. (00:35:05)

Continuity mistake: When Derek is giving his mobile phone to Hansel it cuts to a close up of Hansel holding the phone before Derek actually gives it to him. (01:09:45)
