The Wedding Singer

Robbie Hart, wedding singer, gets left at the altar by Linda, his fiancee. Later, Linda explains that she can't marry him, because of his job/lack of money. Robbie is upset to the point of ruining someone else's wedding.
Julia, a waitress, needs help with her own wedding. Somehow, she gets Robbie to do it. He inconviently falls in love with her. To make things worse, her fiancee (Glenn) is a womanizing idiot. Julia's cousin (Holly) tells Robbie that Julia's marrying him for money. Robbie tries to get a "real job". As a result, he and Julia get in a fight.
Robbie handles this by getting drunk. Then he decides to tell Julia how he feels, but never makes it to the door, because she looks so happy. Ironically, she is in love with him.
Robbie gets into a fistfight with Glenn. Then Linda comes back, wanting to get back together. Robbie drunkenly agrees.
Julia hears the news from Linda, and decides to get married in Las Vegas. Robbie (after chasing Linda away) goes after her...

Factual error: In the scene where we first meet Rosie, it opens with a shot of the house and then goes inside, passing by some pictures of Rosie and her husband. One of them, a picture of their wedding, says "Frank and Rosie - Wedding 1948", but then when Rosie is talking about how her husband will know how much she still loves him after all those years, Robbie says that he hopes that he and Linda will be as happy as Rosie and her husband on their 50th anniversary. If they got married in 1948, they would be closer to their 40th wedding anniversary. Since the movie is supposed to take place in 1985, this would actually be their 37th wedding anniversary.
