Continuity mistake: In the yacht when Kat hides from Andrei in the protagonist's room her right arm is over her chest or not, depending on the shot. (00:59:58)
Continuity mistake: When the protagonist is at Priya's terrace after menacing her husband, the position of her hands is not continuous between shots. (00:22:35)
Other mistake: In Oslo, the recently reverted Neil pushes Kat outside after the Protagonist is already outside and stolen a van. They went through the turnstile after the Protagonist and that means staying inverted longer. That means they should have come out of the turnstile before the protagonist and most likely beat him outside.
Audio problem: When Priya is explaining the nuclear sites in which the algorithm parts are hidden to the Protagonist, at one point she says "Nine sets of the most closely guarded materials in the world." When she begins saying "Nine sets of the most", her lips appear to perfectly sync up with the audio, but when she says "closely guarded", her lips do not sync up with the audio heard, revealing that the line was dubbed over mid-sentence. Continuity mistake: When Ives is briefing the red team about the mission before they go to Stalsk-12, in the first shot inside the tent, there is a brunette woman in the front row to the right of shot, who is shown is pulling her hood down and then begins smoothing her hair. The shot then cuts to an angle in front of the soldiers, but when the shot cuts again, that same woman is shown pulling her hood down and smoothing her hair a second time. (01:56:42)
Continuity mistake: Just before the plane is about to crash into the Freeport, there is a shot of Mahir climbing down an emergency ladder, but when it cuts to a wide shot of the plane headed towards the building, Mahir has suddenly disappeared from the ladder. (00:42:10)
Continuity mistake: When Sator confronts Kat in her bedroom, he begins to unbuckle his belt. He is first shown with both hands beginning to unbuckle the belt near the front of his trousers, but when the shot cuts, his right hand is suddenly shown pulling the belt out of the belt loops on the right hand side of the trousers. Continuity mistake: When the bodyguards have the Protagonist cornered in the kitchen, they place his hand on a chopping board. In one shot, just as one of the bodyguards raises a utensil he is holding to hit his hand with, the Protagonist is shown raising his fingers slightly, right before the shot cuts. It then cuts to a different angle where his hand is now flat on the chopping board. (00:32:40)
Other mistake: Just after Kat kills Sator, the Protagonist looks up at the timer on the bomb, sees there is ten seconds left on it, and continues counting down. Neil then drops a rope inside the cave. After he does this, it cuts to Neil above ground in the vehicle, waiting for the Protagonist and Ives to tie themselves to the rope, watching the helicopters flying away. He then looks at the timer on his watch, which is perfectly synced up with the timer on the bomb, and seven seconds is shown on it. The moment where Neil is shown in the vehicle and watched the helicopters flying away lasted much longer than three seconds. No way could only three seconds have passed on the timer. (02:16:50)
Continuity mistake: Just after the Protagonist has shot Priya, Kat is shown closing her phone after using it. Behind her, a man and woman are shown walking past on the sidewalk, and then after that, two women are shown walking past. In the next shot, these people suddenly disappear from the sidewalk completely. (02:23:56)
Continuity mistake: When Priya is preparing to have Kat assassinated, the Protagonist gets inside her car and shoots the gunman. Priya then turns the mirror around to see the Protagonist's reflection. In the shot after this, she is shown lowering her hand away from the mirror. It then cuts back to the mirror and her hand is suddenly back on it again. (02:23:03)
Continuity mistake: At the opera siege in Kiev, one of the terrorists in the background is shot and downed. Two seconds later, in a different shot, he is still standing and being killed again. (00:04:14)
Audio problem: In the opera siege, when one of the special forces guys questions the protagonist because he doesn't respond to his commands he points the gun at the protagonist and there is a pointless weapon charging handle sound effect. It doesn't make sense because the combat has already been going on for a while, and he should have his gun ready regardless. (00:04:32)
Continuity mistake: The emergency slides on the 747 that the team use to kick out the pilots disappear after they are deployed. Certainly they would be visible when the plane crashes into the building. (00:41:15)
