Other mistake: At the beginning of the scene when Rocky's statue is unveiled and Clubber Lang challenges Rocky to a fight, the camera zooms out of one of the drums that is being played and it is easy to spot that Mr. T's signature is scrawled right across the centre of the drum.
Rocky III (1982)
Plot summary
Directed by: Sylvester Stallone
Starring: Sylvester Stallone, Burt Young, Carl Weathers, Talia Shire, Hulk Hogan
Rocky beats many opponents and fights Hulk Hogan in a Wrestler vs. Boxer charity match. They tie and Rocky retires. The town carves a statue of him and puts it at the top of the stairs. At the announcement Clubber Lang challenges Rocky to a fight. Rock accepts and slacks off on his training. Before the match Mick has a heart attack. Rocky loses in the second round and Mick dies. Rocky asks for a rematch.
Clubber Lang: I'm going to bust you up.
Rocky Balboa: Go for it.
Trivia: When Rocky is on the exercise bike during his public training session for his first fight with Clubber Lang, a blonde groupie comes along and asks him if she could have a kiss. This groupie is Sasha Czack, who was Sylvester Stallone's first wife.
Question: Would Clubber Lang have been charged in Mickey's death since it was his shoving Mickey that caused his heart attack and eventual death?

Answer: Unlikely. Lang shoved him in the heat of the moment, and there's no indication he meant to kill or injure him.
