Factual error: When John Thornton is in the bar, Hal comes up and punches him in the face. They fight and argue, and Thornton proceeds to say that Hal "sucker punched" him. However, the term sucker punch was first known to be used in 1926 while Call of the Wild was published in 1903. The story itself took place in the 1890s.
Factual error: The river that Tyler Rake falls into near the end of the film, the Buriganga, is one of the most polluted rivers not only in Bangladesh, but in the world. There is no way the water is as clear as it appears when Tyler falls into it. It was done for effect, but nonetheless it's not accurate.
Suggested correction: The river is certainly polluted. But unless you have evidence of the view from under the surface, looking up, with the sun shining down, it's impossible to say that the water in that situation wouldn't look as clear as shown.
Factual error: Apex, played by Robert Maillet (a retired professional wrestler 6'11" and 350 pounds), forcefully slams Becky (played by 5' tall fifteen-year-old Lulu Wilson who probably weighs under 100 pounds) horizontally with her back hitting the ground from waist-high yet Becky is able to get up with no incapacitating injury that would be expected. Becky also manages to brutally kill him (as well as the three other neo-Nazis).
Visible crew/equipment: Sara is at the front door video intercom. As the man from the Department of Sanitation is leaving, you can see crew/equipment visible in the reflection. (00:27:15)
Factual error: It would not be possible for Kyle to see the woman breast-feeding - and certainly not as shown. Kyle was driving an SUV in the left lane and Swin was the front-seat passenger. When a car was approaching the SUV from the right-hand lane and the rear passenger area was approximately side-by-side at the SUV's passenger window (which is DARK-TINTED!), Swin looked toward the car, but his face was right in front of the frame around the windows - he would, at most, see the woman's left shoulder... and the baby was feeding "on the right." I doubt Kyle would have been able to see any part of the woman when he turned his head to look. At most (and this is unlikely given the height of the SUV), he might have gotten a partial glimpse of the woman's left shoulder and only after the car she was riding in was in front of the SUV's windshield (but still in the right-hand lane). After the dough was flattened, it was well-shaped (round, higher, and more compact) then flat again. Character mistake: Dean told Laura that Fiona's toiletry case was in his bag because "She couldn't fit it in her carry-on, so I put it in my luggage." Laura (who had no reason to fabricate the story to her dad Felix) changed the details, which she couldn't know based on what Dean told her: "There were some of his co-worker's toiletries in his luggage. But she couldn't put them in her carry-on for security, so he offered to put them in his luggage." Unable to fit in isn't the same as "for security." (00:13:05 - 00:23:57)
Continuity mistake: The protagonist just arrived to his college. Long shot as he gets off the taxi, and to the right of the frame you see a group of 3 girls crossing the street and walking on the lawn. Cut, and the 3 girls have yet to cross. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: After the announcement from her boss that she is scheduled to 'marry' her quasi-fake BF, Ana goes to the gym to meet her friend. When they are talking, she says "it's been forever, it's already kind of worn out." Ana's ponytail is in front of her shoulder, and goes back behind her back in the next shot. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: Brahms was quite clean for having been buried under dirt and leaves. No dirt fell off Brahms' body when Jude pulled him out of his "grave" and there did not appear to be dirt in his hair. When Sean (Jude's father) held up Brahms, the doll looked relatively clean - or cleaner compared to when Liza (Jude's mother) started to wash him. (00:14:10 - 00:15:45)

Factual error: TV reporters said "home invasions" and mentioned trying to find the people who were responsible for the "70 robberies." Lance (in prison), was talking to a woman who was going to write a book and told her he got "twelve years" for "fifteen counts of robbery and vandalism." The crime Lance and the rest of the group were committing fits the legal definition of "burglary" in Illinois (basically, entering an occupied structure with the intent to commit a felony or theft inside; the structure does not have to be occupied at the time of the act). Because there happened to be someone at home during their last (intended) "burglary", this offense would be classified as a "robbery."
Continuity mistake: Theodore rides once the tiny rollercoaster; the cart comes to a full stop and his left foot is in the space between the bars, but in the next shot the left foot is on the outside. (00:48:00)
Continuity mistake: Mikey and his friend are smoking the same inch-long joint by the back door which gets passed back and forth - no way they could keep holding/smoking it for that long given how short it was to start with. (00:04:50)
Character mistake: Bart is sitting on a bench outside the hotel. After Detective Espada talks to the Mercer hotel manager/owner, he goes to talk to Bart. Bart has blood on both hands and lower left sleeve. Detective Espada is supposed to be investigating a fresh murder case that puts Bart at the scene, but he does not confiscate Bart's bloody clothes, conduct a gun powder test on Bart's hands to check for residue, or take him to the police station for formal questioning.
