Continuity mistake: Towards the end, Denzel drives his car into 2 cars trying to get Ethan off the hood. After that scene ends you see Denzel driving the same car and the front and rear of the car look nothing like they did when he was crashing into the cars.

Continuity mistake: When Carter and Zhang Ziyi are fighting, Carter is wearing alligator skin shoes (brown). However, when Ziyi thrusts the sword at Carter and Carter falls back on a chair raising his feet, you see him wearing black running shoes with a white sole.
Continuity mistake: Near the end when Tiffany is spitting blood out she gets some smeared all over her face. They then cut to a camera above Virgil's head and the blood smear is gone, but when they cut back to the first camera she has the blood smear again.
Continuity mistake: When Brittany Murphy writes down the number on the glass she writes it backwards because that's how she sees it in her mind. Watch closely, though, and you'll see a perfectly normal 2 which isn't written as a mirror image of 5. Later, when Michael Douglas realizes this catch, he looks at the piece of glass again, this time from the other side, and the 2 has turned into a 5, which apparently was written in a different style. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Thora Birch's character goes to a café with her psychologist, the psychologist takes a bite of a cake and puts it back on the table. In the next scene, the cake has not been touched.
Continuity mistake: After Jet Li has arrived in France and has left the cab, he is walking up a road which seems like China Town to find the shop with dragon in the window. As he arrives near the shop a prostitute with a long black jacket and red hair is standing and talking to a man wearing jeans. Then Jet looks at the picture and then at the dragon, the camera angle changes and as Jet is about to walk in you see the same woman standing against the wall and the man has done the Jet Li vanishing act.
Continuity mistake: When Silverman and the nun are on the beach after she throws him over, her legs are covered in sand but when they get up she is completely clean. (00:50:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rick kills Ray and takes him to that warehouse, Rick stabs Ray in the back, yet when Rick carries Ray to the incinerator he is carrying him with Ray's back against his chest, but there is no blood on his clothes.
Continuity mistake: When Hugh Jackman, Don Cheadle and the extra jump off the cliff and slide down the muddy, dusty side of the steep hill they are covered in filth on the way down. When they hit bottom the only evidence of the trip is a little sweat. Even their shoes are clean. (00:42:20)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene where Alex's partner is in the car with the bad guy, when she pulls her gun and he hits the brakes sending her into the dash she is not wearing a seat belt. Immediately after, when the car goes over the side of the dam, the shot looking down on her shows her with a seatbelt on, the reason she didn't fly from the vehicle. (00:04:10)

Suggested correction: I just rewatched - she is wearing her seatbelt when he slams on the brakes, and she hits her head.
Continuity mistake: Late in the movie, Jordy is pacing in his apartment. The bandage on his left arm changes several times from being loosely wrapped with gauze hanging, to tightly wrapped, then back to loosely wrapped, then just to his hand being wrapped.
Continuity mistake: When Jack Nicholson is driving his truck through the field in a rush to get to the church to save the little girl, you see the truck bouncing through the bumps. In some scenes, the truck has crash bars in the front, then they disappear, and reappear again.
Continuity mistake: DMX changes from a sweat suit into a shiny crimson suit and leaves his apartment only to come back in the same sweat suit.
Continuity mistake: When Ramathorne and Rabbit pull the Porsche over, Rabbit walks up to the car and leans on the door. When looking in the Porsche from Rabbit's point of view he has his right hand on the door but from the driver of the Porsche's point of view he has his left hand on the door.
