Jurassic Park III picture

Audio problem: After the aeroplane crashed, a dinosaur stepped over it and the windows shattered making the typical sound of made-of-glass things when broken. They are made of plexiglass (a sort of fibrous plastic).

Legally Blonde picture

Audio problem: In the scene after Reese Witherspoon and Luke Wilson are returning from questioning the ex-wife of the murder victim at a spa, they are driving up in Luke's car. You can clearly see, as they get closer to the camera, that what you hear Luke saying isn't what his lips are saying. It was a very obvious dub over...and a very bad one.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone picture

Audio problem: During the scene with the "flying" letters Harry gets one letter and tries to go in his "room", but Uncle Vernon grabs him. When Harry yells "They're my letters," not only his mouth doesn't move but his voice sounds much deeper than in the rest of the movie (it sounds more like his voice in Chamber of Secrets). This indicates that this line was overdubbed long after the main filming, when Daniel Radcliffe's voice has already begun to change. (00:11:55)

The Mummy Returns picture

Audio problem: When they arrive at "The Magic Carpet" you can hear Izzy drag three heavy bolts across the door, when the door opens, there are no bolts - just as well, otherwise shooting the lock wouldn't have worked. (00:56:30)

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring picture

Audio problem: When Arwen and Aragorn are talking on the bridge, you see Arwen's lips moving while Aragorn is speaking. When you zoom in you can see that Arwen's mouth is definitely moving as she is talking animatedly, both when neither character has any dialogue and when Aragorn's voice says 'I thought I had strayed into a dream'. Donnie Darko picture

Audio problem: During the "Sparke Motion" dance scene, the dance instructor is mouthing the wrong words to the song the girls are dancing to. "West End Girls" by the Pet Shop Boys was originally going to be the dance number, and that is actually the song playing for the recording of the scene. Richard Kelly couldn't get permission to use it, and "Notorious" by Duran Duran was substituted. The teacher is plainly mouthing words from the wrong song.

Hannibal picture

Audio problem: A mistake with one of the audio tapes: They mixed the dialogue of two scenes in Silence of the Lambs, you can hear Lecter saying "you have not more vacations to bargain" which happens in the cell from which he escapes, and following that sentence asks "what it will be? quid pro quo, poor Catherine is waiting" and other lines that are from the scene when Lecter is still at the glass cell, the first time Clarice gives him the fake offer from the Senator. Audio problem: When Bill (the guy that sucks in the game but at the end makes the third goal) is showing with the Monk how to attack the other team, he has a lot of pain at the end of this show. When the man that explains everybody how to do this, says "Number 24", Bill says "I can't" because he has a lot of pain, but obviously that "I can't" has been dubbed over.

From Hell picture

Audio problem: Near the beginning of the film Katie Eddowes tells Mary Kelley 'There's one over there'. As she walks past Martha Tabram and Annie Chapman, we hear some dialogue between them about not having very much luck that night. If you look at all three women, their mouths are not matching the dialogue. They appear to be saying something completely different.

Get Over It picture

Audio problem: In the club scene toward the beginning of the movie, Kelly and Basin are talking to her brother Felix. Kelly says "Come on, there's a guy over there who says he'll pierce our navels for free." But if you look closely, you can see that Kelly actually says "pierce our nipples for free."

Audio problem: After Reggie Ray is in the coma, they tape him to two players and one of them (the one on Reggie's right) makes an obscene comment, which is spoken with amazing clarity though he has a mouthpiece in. His lips are obviously not in sync with what he says.
