Revealing mistake: In the visions of Nefertiri scene where Nefertiri is fighting Anck-su-Namun back in ancient Egypt, Evie (Nefertiri) gets knocked to the floor and when she lifts her mask up you can see on her right index finger is a band aid/plaster. Revealing mistake: After Carmen rescues Juni, as they fly over the city she says, "Hang on butterfingers." In the following close-ups, where is the handcuff with the broken chain on Juni's wrist? Revealing mistake: At the zoo, Harry looks to his right, at the 'bred in captivity' sign of the Python. In this close-up, the green plant that is below, to the side of the exhibit sign, is protruding out past where the glass supposedly is, yet this is BEFORE the glass disappears. As a matter of fact, this plant, nearest the exhibit sign, changes its position considerably throughout these shots. (00:06:50)
Revealing mistake: After the trained chimp is shot and is crawling into the cage, they show a shot of an ape turning around. You don't even have to look hard to see it but there's a two inch strip all the way down his face with no makeup. Clear as day. (01:41:30)
Revealing mistake: When Vicky and Donald Grisham are trying to get away in the car with the hardware store guy hanging on the end, in the furthest shot you can see the wheels aren't moving.
Revealing mistake: When Shrek and Donkey are sitting by the fire and looking at the stars, when Donkey asks Shrek about "our swamp" and Shrek says "We?" When Shrek blinks, his right eyeball is slicing through his upper lid. (00:46:30)
Suggested correction: Just loaded up the scene on Netflix. That's literally just part of the eyeball close animation. I feel like this had to have been pasted in as a joke, because if you watch the scene and pause it when he shuts his eye, it's laughingly obvious that's not shown through the eyelid.
Revealing mistake: When the cop drops off Brandy's dad and it first shows him with no leg, you can see his real leg behind him.
Revealing mistake: During the dancing scene, Jamal shows the percussionist how to use the tambourine first, then tells him to start drumming, so he puts the tambourine down. However when he cues in the guitar, the tambourine starts to play again with the drums and guitar. A few shots later, with the tambourine still playing in the background, you can see the percussionist's tambourine sitting on the table next to him where he had left it.
Revealing mistake: In the first cathedral, the Bishop raises his hand before he extends it to Jocelyn and we see the underside of his ring. It is obvious that his ring is a costume ring because it's not closed in the back. This is confirmed on the DVD commentary. (00:23:35)
Revealing mistake: When the raptor in the InGen compound calls for help, the shots of the raptors responding are shots taken from other scenes in the movie.
Revealing mistake: When the cats are driving Mr Mason into the factory you can see skid marks on the ground from previous takes. (00:51:30)

Revealing mistake: In the scene after Tim Roth and his men have taken Queen Anne, the camera looks out of the estate and down a dirt road. A ways down the road it turns to asphalt. (01:07:05)
Revealing mistake: When the monsters approach The Cyber gang outside the arcade, Cyber Scooby (who wears the red color) is seen in a blue color in one of the shots facing the arcade.
