Continuity mistake: When they are looking at the house and they get out of the car, the one man on the passenger side leaves his door open. When they walk to the side of the house and come back to the front, you can see the car in the background and the door is shut.
Continuity mistake: When Chris Farley is pretending to be a Chinese cook at that one restaurant, cooking, the brown spot on the stove keeps on changing size.
Continuity mistake: When Sam and Anton are finished fighting (Anton is in an upper-body cast), the arm support on his right keeps changing. First it's a short piece coming from the elbow, then it is a long piece coming from the side, and then back again.
Continuity mistake: Just before Demi Moore is about to get her head shaved she sees the base commander about equal treatment, and we notice very visibly that O'Neil has one side of her face bruised and all red and swollen. But in the next scene, which takes place moments later, when O'Neil is shaving her head, her injuries are all gone. Where did they all go to?
Continuity mistake: When Jack and Rose are going down with the ship, there is a man holding onto the flagpole. The man's life jacket disappears and reappears. (02:42:42)
Continuity mistake: When they are running the obstacle course, the amount of hoops in front of the girls changes from five, to two, to five again.
Continuity mistake: When the kid rescues Bud from his former owner, Bud's paws become all muddy when the faucet breaks. In the next scene they are running down the road and Bud's paws are clean.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie when Romy reunites with Heather Moony, Heather tells Romy that she invented the cigarette which she is smoking and takes a puff to show how fast it burns down, and the cigarette burns to the butt. But in the next scene her cigarette is still to its half-way point. (00:07:25)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie, when the little girl is falling, they film her falling all the way down backwards. When they flash to the young Simon's face and the priest and back to the girl she lands face down.
Continuity mistake: When George takes her to the airport (in NYC), they are at O'Hare. Later, when she gets off the plane, she's still at O'Hare.
Continuity mistake: The whole big prison bus escape scene revolves around Chris Tucker being handcuffed to the French guy, but when Frenchy's friend arrives in the bus he stands up and hugs him while the handcuff is shown completely unlocked from Tucker's hand. In the next shot and the entire next scene they are still handcuffed together.
Continuity mistake: When Lolita begins to undress in front of Humbert, she is wearing her school uniform. Her shirt first appears tucked in, then out and then in again.
Continuity mistake: Toward the end, Carmen Ibanez gets stabbed through the shoulder when she is brought before the big master alien thing. If you were to sustain such an injury, there would be so much swelling, not to mention just destroyed tissue, that you wouldn't be able to move that arm for weeks. Yet a few minutes later, she is seen hefting around a very large assault rifle, and seems to have no difficulty. I guess it's a pretty standard action movie "heroes can temporarily ignore injury in order to save the day" kind of oversight, but it just seems exaggerated in this case, considering how severe the shoulder trauma looked. Continuity mistake: Hallie takes the remote control off the top of the TV to turn it on. But later when they return in front of the TV to watch the news report, the remote is back on the top of the set. Also, the position of the video console which is also on top of the TV has changed, the position of the clothing on the chair next to the television has repositioned and lastly, the items on the window sill behind the TV set have completely changed. Continuity mistake: When the T-rex is in San Diego and is about to smash the bus, the driver tells everyone to get to the side. There is a guy in a seat right behind the driver, but when we go outside the bus just before the T-rex crushes it, that guy is no longer there. (01:52:05)
Continuity mistake: After Barry has jumped into the water reclaim the crown, he comes out of the water with a perfectly clean shirt, but in the next shot the blood is back on his shirt as expected. (00:22:50)
Continuity mistake: There's a part when Raiden, Liu Kang, Kitana, Jade Jax and Sonya are confronted by 3 ninjas and Sindel. Raiden decides to take on the ninjas, but you'll notice that he only fights against 2 of them.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the President is being escorted to the escape pod, there is an extra shot where the President is hiding on his own around the corner from a terrorist, who is sneaking around in the background looking for him. In both the preceding and following shots, the President is being physically escorted by two Secret Service men who are pulling him along and forcefully holding his head down. This shot is wrongly inserted into this portion of the scene and needs to be later in the film, when the President is trying to escape. (00:23:40)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Lyle and Ursula slide through the river then over the falls, when they go over the waterfall they are both dry.
