Revealing mistake: Near the end of the film when Matthew is trying to destroy the pod "greenhouse," there is a shot where Elizabeth walks through. She is supposed to be naked, but if you look close you can see she is wearing flesh colored underwear. (01:55:30)
Revealing mistake: When the teenage guy is getting attacked by the shark, the shark slams him up against the boat. He attempts to climb back on the boat and the shark pulls him down and the guy rips some wood from the edge of the boat. Revealing mistake: During the "Red" number in the Emerald City, a large screen is supposedly telecasting from the walking camera focused on the dancers below. Watch closely and you'll see the dancers' movements do not coincide with the movements displayed on the screen.
Revealing mistake: The female zombie grabs onto the back of the car and is dragged through the mall. Stephen shoots the zombie in the eye and if you look closely you can easily see this is no longer the woman from before, but actually a man who doesn't resemble her at all.

Revealing mistake: When Katharine Ross pronounces the child dead in the hospital, she pulls a blanket over the child. The kid moves and flutters his eyes.
Revealing mistake: During the fight after Witty has been killed, Peiter throws a grenade that lands in a bush on the right of the path up which the enemy are advancing. However, the resulting explosion comes from the centre of the path and not as far away as the grenade flew.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Cully injects Sonny in his back, you can see that just just after he pushes the plunger, the spring mechanism moves on the inside of the syringe. He is not actually injecting Sonny, but the needle retracts on a spring loaded mechanism into the syringe. (00:14:40)
