He traveled there as well, where Fitzgerald returned his stolen rifle. Glass reportedly spared Fitzgerald's life because of the heavy penalty for killing a soldier of the United States Army. So, there was no bloody fight as depicted in the film. No "revenge."
Trivia: When Ella is abducted by the alien speeders, while the group flees from Jake's old gang; it really is Olivia Wilde being pulled 40ft+ into the air while riding full tilt on horseback, not her stunt double.
