Visible crew/equipment: In "The Desparate Hours", right at the end when Barraclough is in Fletcher's cell, when Fletcher says, "I never heard nothing" you can see the shadow of the boom mic on his face.
Visible crew/equipment: After the Alpha wolf breaks through the movie rental window, it frightens Lydia, who was parked outside. As the camera pans closer to her face, a protective plastic cover hanging off the camera can be seen in the car window's reflection. (00:03:55)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start of "The Fugitive," just after the police cars arrive at the site, the camera pans round and you can see a lorry with "McGuiness Film and TV Lighting" on the side.
Visible crew/equipment: During George's funeral, the camera swings around to follow the employee from Happy Time (the guy who George gives files, minus the red ones, to) and as he crosses the room to the other side, you see a crew member holding a boom mic, who looks over a little startled and moves back out of view.

If you look at the bottom-left corner of the screen, you can see the top of a crew-member's face and some camera equipment reflected in the driver's side window right before the scene changes. Visible crew/equipment: When the detectives leave Maude's house, a camera enters the shot from the upper left corner.

Visible crew/equipment: While Madam Fanny is rehearsing at the piano, behind her in the background, a woman comes down the stairs. It is not a waitress, and Rene and Edith are still in London.
Visible crew/equipment: When Florence tosses the note off the fridge when she and Putty enter the apartment, the rod holding the paper is very visible on the far left of the screen.
Mammy Sutra - S3-E13
Visible crew/equipment: After Dermot has explained to Mrs. Brown what Acme Frozen Foods is the second time, Mrs. Brown asks Maria if she understood what he said to which she replies "Yeah. Did you?" The shot then cuts to Mrs. Brown jokingly saying "No. What was it?" and a boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen whilst she is saying the line.
Visible crew/equipment: Backstage before the dog play, after Betty Jo says, "I wish Mr. Kroger had never left him that $200," their dog, Dog, barks and enters. Three things occur in this shot: we see the shadows of the camera/mic move across the floor, a chalk mark becomes visible on the floor (where Billie Jo will soon stand), and we hear someone say, "Higgins," which is Dog's real name.
