Other mistake: Just as the gang are off to pick the plants they need Faith goes off to talk to Daniel. While she's there the others woop and laugh, but they do it once and it's recorded. It's played 3 more times, straight after each other. Sounds slightly stupid.
Other mistake: In the 30th Anniversary version with new footage it is revealed that the first zombie we see (the one that kills Johnny) died in the electric chair. If that's the case, he should be bald with a large burn on his scalp, but he has a full head of hair.
Other mistake: Toward the beginning, when the characters wonder aloud what the rumbling noise is, someone suggests that it's the ventilation system, to which Rennes responds "No vents." However, in the passages between rooms there are panels with ventilation slits in them (which you can plainly see even as Rennes says the line), and it's pretty impossible that the characteristically level-headed and observant Rennes wouldn't have noticed that.
Other mistake: When Dana enters the hall after being attacked by Pin Head, the door opens out into the hall, but it should open into the room, not out into the hallway. (00:57:00)
Other mistake: In the scene where Lestat and Louis are in the tavern, Lestat kills the barmaid. He says "She's as dead as a doornail, my friend", and rests her head on the table. He then drops some coins onto the table, and the "dead" woman's eyes flicker in reaction. (00:17:55)
Other mistake: The exhaust of the space ship is so strong that it knocks down Jeff and Paula to the ground, but their hair doesn't get changed at all.
Other mistake: When the captain comes face-to-face with the Thing for the first time, the upper right frame becomes blurred once the door starts opening until it closes followed by a scene change. Very odd except maybe they were trying to hide the minicharges to create the bullet holes after they close the door. The implanted charges are very visible when the scene is not blurred. Also, when Norman drags her out of the bathroom, Marion's legs are stiff and together and she has her toes pointed.

Other mistake: When the mother, Pamela Fitzgerald, opens the freezer to put in the meat, she is distracted by Bridgette. In the freezer, we see the corpse of Trina. Look at Trina's eyes when we first see her; they seem to widen while Pamela is holding a pack of meat above her.
Other mistake: After Ethan crashes the Impala, he shoots at Keifer to make sure he's dead. Keifer's head and torso are on the hood of the car, but the shots break the back window on the driver's side. (01:13:05)

Suggested correction: No, but we don't know exactly what he might have brought. The first time we see him they're picking up Vera, so it's most likely he brought another bag that could contain the items. He only said to Vera that the small bag was his whole world, but he just met her (Andy mentioned he got him a date for the trip) and he's trying to get her to warm up to him.
Other mistake: When Lamont walks into the alley to avoid being followed by one of Khan's warriors, he makes himself invisible, and his shadow vanishes as well. It's well noted at the beginning of the film that his shadow is always visible even if he isn't. Therefore, his shadow should still be seen on the ground and give him away.
Other mistake: In the scene where Dr. Isaacs is in the teleconference with the Umbrella Board of Directors, there are several glasses of water sitting in front of each individual hologram. At the end of the teleconference, the holograms of the board members disappear, but none of the glasses follow suit. This tells us that the glasses of water were physically in the room with Dr. Isaacs, for absolutely no reason, given all the other attendees weren't really there. (00:17:40)
