Perfect Stranger ending / spoiler
Grace was in fact poisoned by Rowena, due to Grace blackmailing Rowena's family over witnessing them disposing of Rowena's father in the backyard (his wife took a poker to his head after she caught him molesting their offspring) when she was nine. Soon after Harrison Hill is sentenced...Miles confronts her over her guilt and is promptly stabbed by her, making it look like self-defense (whilst a shocked neighbor in the opposite building observes her.)
