Bird ending / spoiler

Charlie "Bird" Parker dies at the age of 34 on March 1955 in Baroness Nica's home. In his final days, he was suffering from heart problems, ulcers and cirrhosis. Charlie Parker's friend and former bandmate Red Rodney continued playing music and overcame his drug addiction.
