Salo, or The 120 Days of Sodom ending / spoiler
The kidnapped teenagers are gathered in the courtyard and are tortured to death. They are flayed, burned with white-hot iron and scalped. Their tongues and genitals are sliced. Finally, they are dismembered and their corpses are sodomized.
