Goodfellas ending / spoiler
Joe Pesci is killed for murdering Billy Batts (Frank Vincent). After Henry Hill (Ray Liotta) goes through a tiring day of driving around running errands, he is arrested for possessing drugs. He gets bailed out by Karen (Lorraine Bracco) and her mother. Henry asks Paulie (Paul Sorvino) one more time for money, he gives to him and turns his back on him. Jimmy (Robert De Niro) asks Henry to do a job for him, but Henry is worried that he won't return from the job. He joins the Witness Protection Program and puts Jimmy and Paulie in prison. After that, Henry comments on finding it hard leaving the gangster life and living the rest of it like a 'schnook'.
