Slither ending / spoiler
The original host (Grant) is killed and this stops the other zombies due to the hive mind. Bill gets a gas tank and hooks it up to one of Grant's tentacles. Starla shoots Grant and he blows up. Bill, Starla and Kylie leave and walk to a neighboring town. After the end credits, a cat is taken over by a tiny alien piece that survived...
