Charlie and the Chocolate Factory ending / spoiler

Charlie rejects Willy Wonka's offer to take over the chocolate factory because he would have to leave his family. Charlie convinces Willy to visit his estranged father and he realizes the importance of family. Charlie and his family all move to the chocolate factory and Willy is treated as a family member.
