Suspiria ending / spoiler

The ballet school is run by a coven of witches led by Helen Markos. Suzy discovers their secret lair and eventually kills Helen Markos when she stabs the witch in the neck with a big needle. The ballet school then "self destructs" and a fire kills the remaining witches and minions.
