Dawn of the Dead (2004) ending / spoiler
Kenneth, Anna, Terry, and Nicole get on Steve's boat and sail to the island. However, when they get there, it is infested with the zombies. The camera Terry is carrying falls on the dock when they run, and we see zombies dying left and right in front of it. As the flickering camera images of zombies turn into a cool credit sequence, we are left to wonder if the remaining survivors got back to the boat in time and managed to escape again. Much like the end of the orginal Dawn of the Dead.
