Clockwise ending / spoiler

Brian and Laura get to Norwich just in time, having stolen a Porsche and the driver's suit (with a Sellotaped sleeve). He makes a speech (with constant distractions), then is promptly arrested by waiting policemen. His listeners all charge to the windows to watch his exit.
