The Long Good Friday ending / spoiler
Bob Hoskins kills the Irish gangsters' boss, and he goes home to discover that his wife spilled all his secrets to the Americans he was making a deal with. He steps into a car which he dosen't know has Pierce Brosnan in it who proceeds to point a gun at him. The car comes to a halt.
