Holes

Based on the best selling book by Louis Sachar, Holes is a two-hour adventure surrounding Stanley Yelnats (played by Shia LaBeouf). Stanley is sent to Camp Green Lake for a crime he didn't commit. Camp Green Lake is a camp for juvenile delinquents, including characters such as X-Ray, Zig-Zag, Magnet, and the odd Zero. The campers are required to dig a hole each day five feet long and five feet wide. But, Stanley comes to think that there's something more to digging holes than just "building character." Unfortunately, Stanley will have to go through the evil Warden and Mr. Sir to prove anything first.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Madame Zeroni is explaining to Elya Yelnats about the curse that will be bestowed upon him if he doesn't carry her up the mountain after presenting the pig to Myra's father, her blouse is a blue button-up with gold stripes and no collar. Then the camera looks at Elya, and then back at Madame Zeroni. When it looks back at Madame Zeroni, you can see that her blouse is now a gold button-up with a collar.

Question: Are all the boys sentenced to 18 months at Camp Green Lake, or have different sentences?

Answer: More than likely, different lengths of sentences depending on the crime and severity of it, just like a prison sentence is different based on that.
