Child's Play 2 plot summary
After the controversy of the killer doll, the people at "Good Guy Toys" decide to investigate. They have the burnt and mutilated remains of Chucky, which they proceed to repair in hopes of learning just what happened, under the assumption a technition changed the mechanics and redid the voice as a joke. Chucky jets to life and proceeds to seek out Andy, the boy whom defeated him in the first movie, and the one person he can transfer his evil soul into. As it turns out, Andy has been taken from his mother by Social Services, and placed in a foster home. Chucky manages to find him and once again, all hell breaks loose.
