Spies Like Us ending / spoiler
Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd make it to the nuclear missle. They put in the codes, and then realize that they were sent to start World War III. Everyone then pairs off in order to "go out with a bang". While in bed with his love interest, Aykroyd has a epiphany about source programmable guidance. They figure out how to change the course of the missle and save the world. In the end, Aykroyd, Chase, Aykroyd's love interest and the Russian missle crew are shown ending the Cold War by playing a game of Risk in DC.
