Friday the 13th Part 3: 3D ending / spoiler
Chris lives. Jason is "killed", and she climbs into a boat and falls asleep. When she wakens, she sees Jason in the farmhouse, but he dissapears. Then a "Lady of the Lake" grabs her, and it flashes to her beig taken away by the police. As they take the psychotic Chris away, they talk about her "dream" of the Lady in the Lake.
