The Omega Man ending / spoiler
Neville (Charlton Heston) is killed by the leader of the group of infected people. Moments later, at dawn, Dutch and the group of survivors find Neville dying. The survivors take Lisa (who is infected) with them and Neville hands over the cure to Dutch and then dies.
