Requiem for a Dream plot summary
Everyone wants something, and quick. Ty and Harry want to get lots of money fast. Marion wants to open a store where her clothing can be sold. Sarah Goldfarb wants to fit into her red dress to be on a game show. Ty and Harry start dealing herion. Harry wants to fund Marion's store and clothing line with the profits. No diet works quick enough, so Sarah starts taking "pills"- uppers then downers so she can sleep. Addiction follows close behind for everyone.
